Privacy policy
How Oblasov Group handles the data you leave on oblasovgroup.com. Version of 14 October 2026.
Who is responsible for your data
oblasovgroup.com belongs to Oblasov Group ("we"). We work in the Georgian property market. For any question about your data, contact us on WhatsApp +995 514 43 55 00 or through the enquiry form on the home page.
What we receive
Only what you type into the enquiry form yourself: your name, WhatsApp number or Telegram contact, email, budget, goal and message. The enquiry also carries the address of the page you sent it from and the page language.
The site has no sign-up and no personal account. It sets no cookies unless you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. If you accept, the Meta pixel is switched on, see Cookies and the Meta pixel below. Your choice itself is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, until you change it or clear the site data.
Why
To reply to your enquiry the way you chose, to select properties for your request and to correspond about the purchase. If you accept the Meta pixel, also to measure our advertising and to show our ads to people who visited the site. We do not send mailings you did not ask for.
Where your enquiry goes
The site does not store enquiries in a database. The server forwards each one as a message to the Oblasov Group Telegram chat through a bot, and the conversation then continues in the messenger you chose or by email. Telegram keeps messages under its own rules.
Technical data
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as the IP address and browser type to serve pages and protect the site from attacks.
We use the IP address of an enquiry only to limit frequency: no more than five enquiries in 10 minutes from one address. That counter is kept for 10 minutes and is not linked to your name.
Cookies and the Meta pixel
We use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel only if you press Accept in the banner. Until then the site does not load the pixel, sets no cookies and sends nothing to Meta.
If you accept, your browser connects to Meta servers. Meta receives the address of the page you open, your IP address and browser data, and three kinds of events: a page view, a click on a WhatsApp link, and the fact that an enquiry was sent. Nothing you type into the enquiry form is sent to Meta through the pixel. Meta sets its cookies (_fbp, and _fbc if you arrived from a Meta ad; _fbp usually lasts about 90 days). Meta may also set other cookies of its own and may link the visit to your Facebook or Instagram account if you are logged in. The site cannot see or delete those.
We use this to see how many visitors come from our ads and to show our ads to people who visited the site. Meta is responsible for its own processing of this data: see Meta's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. The data may be processed outside Georgia.
You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings. If you decline or withdraw consent, the site stops the pixel and deletes the _fbp and _fbc cookies it knows about. To manage data Meta already holds about you, use the ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account.
Map and panoramas
The map on the home page loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap servers and the map library from cdnjs (Cloudflare). Google panoramas open only when you tap them, and Google then shows them under its own rules. "Open in Google Maps" links lead to Google's site.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. If you accept the Meta pixel, the pixel data described above goes to Meta. Beyond that we pass data on only with your consent, for example to a developer once you decide to reserve a property, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep the conversation about your enquiry while we discuss your request and support the purchase. At your request we delete the enquiry and the conversation, as far as that is in our hands.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to be contacted. Write to us on WhatsApp +995 514 43 55 00 or through the enquiry form on the home page. We act under Georgian personal data protection law.
Changes
If we start receiving more data or add other analytics, we will update this page and its version date.
